The Nouco.us Return & Exchange Policy
Because custom-made matters.
At Nouco.us, we don’t have a giant warehouse full of pre-made items. Every single order is printed specifically for you the moment you hit “buy.” Because of this custom nature, our return policy is a little different than the “big box” stores.
1. If We Messed Up (Damaged or Defective)
If your order arrives with a printing error, a hole in the fabric, or was damaged during its journey to your doorstep, we’ve got your back.
• The Window: Please let us know within 4 weeks (30 days) of receiving the item.
• The Process: Send us a quick photo of the issue via our contact form. We’ll get a replacement sent out to you at no extra cost.
2. The “Where’s My Stuff?” Clause (Lost in Transit)
If your tracking link stops moving and your package is officially declared lost in the mail, don’t panic. Just reach out to us no later than 4 weeks (30 days) after the estimated delivery date. We’ll verify the address and get a fresh one out to you.
3. Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
• Check Your Address: If the carrier can’t deliver the package because the address was entered incorrectly (it happens to the best of us), the package will be sent back to our printing partner’s facility.
• The Result: You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
• Unclaimed: If you don’t pick up your package from the local post office or courier, it gets returned to the facility. Same deal—you’ll need to cover the shipping to have it sent back out.
4. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Swaps
Because Nourivra Co. LLC uses a print-on-demand model, we produce items only when you order them.
• No “Just Because” Returns: We do not offer returns or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse” or for choosing the wrong size.
• Pro-Tip: Please double-check the Size Chart on each product page before you order. We want you to love the fit the first time!
5. Where do returns go?
Important: Please do not mail anything back to our business office address.
Any returns (for damaged or defective items) must go back to our production facility. You can find the specific return address printed on the packing slip included in your package. Sending it anywhere else might mean it gets lost in the void, and we don’t want that.

Because every item at Nouco is printed specifically for you, we can’t offer exchanges if you accidentally grab the wrong size. To keep you looking sharp and feeling comfortable, here’s the game plan:
• Don’t Guess Your Size: Sizing varies between brands. A “Large” in your favorite old hoodie might feel like a “Medium” here.
• The “Flat-Lay” Trick: Find a shirt you already own that fits you perfectly. Lay it flat on a table and measure the width (across the chest) and the length. Compare those numbers to the chart below.
• Tolerance: Our printing partners allow for a 2-inch margin in measurements. This means the shirt might be a tiny bit larger or smaller than the chart, which is standard in the garment world.
• Shrinkage: Most of our gear is pre-shrunk, but like anything made of high-quality cotton, it might settle a tiny bit after the first wash. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
